Jennifer's background as an Environmental Planner and Brett's extensive experience in park operations with the National Parks Service make them a formidable team. Together, they founded Gypsy Gardening, merging their expertise in sustainable practices with a passion for crafting inviting outdoor spaces.

Brett's tenure with the National Parks Service has honed a multifaceted skill set and expertise in conservation, environmental stewardship, and resource management. Through roles in interpretation, conservation practices, and educational outreach, Brett has cultivated a deep understanding of preserving natural and cultural heritage. Proficient in wildlife management, habitat restoration, and ecological research, Brett demonstrates leadership and teamwork skills acquired through hands-on experience. With a background in park operations, including facility management and emergency response, Brett possesses problem-solving abilities and adaptability crucial for safeguarding our national parks and ensuring visitor enjoyment.
Jennifer Riedmayer

Jennifer is an accomplished Environmental Planner with a proven track record in the environmental services industry. With expertise in Environmental Awareness, Volunteer Management, Public Speaking, Writing, and Grant Writing, Jennifer brings a wealth of skills to her work. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Watershed Restoration Management and Planning from The Evergreen State College, demonstrating her commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable practices. With a passion for community and social services, Jennifer uses her strong background to make meaningful contributions in protecting and restoring natural ecosystems.
